An in-house management team will be set
up to ensure that all owners or gests receive
the very best level of service. The
quality control can be managed on a dayto-
day basis to ensure it is maintained at
the highest standard possible.
We take care of all the facilities as well as
the common areas of the Residence.
A maintenance fee of 10 Euro per sq.m,
excluding VAT is allocated for the first year
of operation.
It covers:
24 hours security
Cleaning/maintenance of all public areas
of the building
Cleaning/Maintenance of all green areas
of the Complex
Electricity for all common areas of the
Residence
Maintenance of all installations in the
common areas of the Buildings: electrical,
water supply, fire-alarms, emergency lighting,
ect.
An agreement stating all terms & conditions
for the property maintenance will be
provided to every owner together with the
purchase contract.
If owners want to benefit from their investment,
the management team will handle
this for them. A rental department will be
the Residence is completed to ensure that
all owners will be able to take advantage
of their apartments from the very first day.
A management contract is available for
your comfort together with the purchase
agreement. Based on the specific climate
and area attractions, we expect between
5 to 6% return on capital for an average
price apartment!
